01 · Protein

Strength in
variety.

Chicken, beef, lamb, salmon, tuna, and chickpeas bring different flavors to the week. Protein helps your body build and maintain muscles and other tissues. Beans and hummus also contribute plant protein.

02 · Carbohydrates

Energy with
real flavor.

Rice, quinoa, sweet potato, plantain, and arepa provide carbohydrate foods to pair with your protein. Carbohydrates provide energy; beans and whole grains can also contribute fiber.

03 · Vegetables

A little more
color.

Broccoli, carrots, green beans, cucumber, and greens bring variety, fiber, and micronutrients. Our suggested pairings make it easy to include vegetables without planning another dish.

A prepared meal ready to enjoy at home

Full calendars.

Set aside lunches, dinners, or both. Complete pairings mean less meal planning, while a ready meal makes one less decision at the end of a busy day.

What will be on the label?

Before real orders open, finalized recipes and serving sizes will have calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, sodium, ingredients, and allergen information. Swaps can change those values.

There isn’t one “right” carb or protein amount for everyone. This sample menu does not yet have verified macros or individualized nutrition plans.

Dietary preferences & allergies

Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options in the builder are substitution requests, not verified claims about the sample dishes. Tirokafteri contains milk. Shared-kitchen cross-contact remains possible.

While testing, use pretend allergy details. Final ingredients and available substitutions will be confirmed before real orders open.
